Our #1 priority is to provide our customers with the most comfortable and secure online shopping experience for all their motorcycle needs. We guarantee that if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you ordered from our company you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue you a refund. A 20% restocking fee does apply (unless it is determined the order is damaged, wrong items or missing items, due to us or the distributor. See "What if my order is Wrong" on FAQ page). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No other guarantee's or warranties are expressed or implied by Your Chopper Inc.

Terms and Conditions

• Your Chopper, Inc. makes no warranty on any product or merchandise, however any product deemed defective we will replace at no cost to the customer.
• Products may be returned with 30 days of the date of purchase.
• The product must be in perfect condition and never used.
• Your Chopper will not accept an item for refund once it has been installed or used.
• All items damaged or having a missing part must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt. Customer must call in for the refund authorization number prior to returning the item.
• All returns must be sent back in the original packaging so keep the original boxes & do not write on them. Any parts or boxes returned with writing on them may be refused.
• All items returned for any other reason than damaged, wrong, or missing items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• All returns shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
• Your Chopper will not accept C.O.D.’s unless it is determined that it is our mistake. There is no refund on shipping fees.
• Most orders are shipped via U.P.S.
• Products are shipped Freight on Board and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. If shipping damage occurs customers should file claim to the carrier immediately.

All the manufacturers reserve the right to change parts, prices, warranties or components/products without prior notice to you the customer or to us. The literature, pictures, and descriptions given to us by the manufacturers and or distributors are meant to be only a basic description.

Because of regulations and laws changing from EPA, DOT and other federal agencies the motorcycle kit parts and or other products may change without notice or will need to be substituted by the manufacturer or distributor. As the seller of these products, we are not liable or responsible for changes made by the supplier/manufacturer/distributor and we will not trade, reimburse or compensate for parts or items that may no longer be included in a kit bike or were changed by the manufacturer.

Everything you need to build your motorcycle kit will be there.

In most cases changes have been minor and parts substituted are of equal or greater value than what the original parts were.

Your Chopper, Inc. does reserve the right to without prior notice discontinue parts, accessories, and models, or other items and change specifications at any time. The motorcycle, kits, parts, clothing and accessories and other items listed on this site are for sale in the continental United States only.

No substitutions will be made for any reason. No trading, switching or swapping will be allowed for any reason.

If Your Chopper Inc. makes a reference to any product, process, publication, service, or offering of any third party by trademark, name, manufacturer or otherwise it does not necessarily constitute or imply the endorsement or recommendation or any affiliation with Your Chopper, Inc.

Your Chopper, Inc. is not responsible for misprints, out-of-date information, typographical, technical or pricing inaccuracies or other errors appearing on this web site. Information and related materials are subject to change without prior notice.

Your Chopper, Inc. will not be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages even if Your Chopper, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of any damage.
