Cases
These cases are produced from prime C355-T6 which is a commonly used military
alloy and known for its stability over multiple heat cycles. Machining is done
on state of the art CNC machining centers using hydraulic fixturing for repeatability
with strict QS and ISO quality standards enforced.
This along with other solid quality features like cast-in high carbon steel
inserts, counter bored allen casebolts, large 1/4" diameter drain plug,
clearance for up to 5" strokes and a high volume ported breather make
these a professional engine builders choice for your next high performance
engine.
All case kits come with the main bearings, cam bearing, chromoly cylinder studs
installed and thepinion race sized to 1.751". Also included are the main
seal, main seal spacer, top end feed screen and spring, chrome timing hole
plug, stainless steel case bolts and the oil pressure gauge.
Crankshaft
Our New state of the art designed crankshaft incorporates a massive 1.670 diameter pin that is pressed into the one piece, heat treated, 4140 steel flywheel half making these crankshafts some of the strongest available on the market today. These crankshafts feature all new 7.7" long H-Beam rods with .927 diameter wrist pins to handle all the power you can throw at them. These are also balanced using our exclusive methods making these some of the smoothest engines in the industry.
