We guarantee that if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you ordered from our company you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue you a refund. A 20% restocking fee does apply (unless it is determined the order is incorrect due to us or the distributor, See "What if my order is Wrong" below). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. What methods of payment do you accept for Motorcycle kits and Engines?
We accept bank cashiers checks (there is up to a 10 day delay due to check verification). We also accept wire transfers. (Wire transfers are the fastest and preferred method of payment. Please call us for transfer information at 1-866-633-6066 ). Print the appropriate order form, for the chopper kit you wish to purchase, and fill it out completely. Every order must have a completed and signed order form before we can ship your kit!

What methods of payment do you accept for clothing, parts, and accessories?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and discover. Customers can also send money instantly and securely with your credit card or checking account using Paypal.

Where are the Motorcycle kits & engine order forms?
The order forms are found on the bottom of each page for each motorcycle kit.

What about wire transfers?
For wire transfers please call us during normal business hours from 9am to 5pm Central Time toll-free at 1-866-633-6066 and we can provide the necessary information for you.

How long will it take to get my chopper kit or engine?
Your order is placed immediately upon receipt of your payment (wire transfers only). If your bike kit is not already in stock, it will take approximately 7 working days for your kit to be shipped from the factory to us. If your kit is back-ordered at the factory you are placed on the list for the next available ship date. Allow 3-4 weeks, although often customers may receive their orders sooner.

Do you ship internationally?
No, at the current time we only accept orders shipped to a physical location in the continental United States.

How is my motorcycle kit or engine shipped?
Products are shipped "F.O.B. (Freight on Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent.

How is my clothing, motorcycle part or accessories shipped?
We ship via United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) for regular sized items.

What if my order is wrong?
Any discrepancy, including damaged products (not damaged during shipping), wrong items or missing items, must be reported to "Your Chopper Inc." within 24 hours after delivery. Contact "Your Chopper Inc." Customer Service Department if you have any questions. Call us toll free at 1-866-633-6066 or E-mail is support@yourchopper.com . We will correct any damaged, wrong or missing items at no additional cost to you.

What if my kit arrives damaged?
For shipping damage, customers should file claim to the carrier immediately.

How complete are the motorcycle and chopper kits?
Ultima motorcycle kits are one of the most complete motorcycle kits on the market and include some fluids (oil, etc.) and HD manuals. All need paint, and (or course) gasoline. Battery acid may not be shipped if it applies. All of the parts for Ultima's motorcycle kits have been test-fit to insure compatibility. All kits come with a M.S.O. (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) for registration purposes of Your Chopper.

Do you build bikes?
No. We specialize in one thing and one thing only, getting Your Chopper to you as soon and as efficiently as possible. If we were a custom motorcycle shop we'd be spending all of our time in the back building our bikes and not getting Your Chopper to you!
